A letter from Attorney Sullivan's office that was sent to the three companies holding the mortgages on property at 14814 S Kostner informing them the Village has filed liens in the amount of $1900 against the property was read.

President Murawski read memos from Attorney Sullivan regarding the following:
A Property Tax Exemption Certificate was received from the Illinois Department of Revenue on the Winker property. A title insurance policy on the Cavallini property was received. The property is tax exempt for 1998. An invoice in the amount of $2727.45 from Attorney Sullivan for services from September 1997 to the present for handling the tax exemptions was included with the memo.
