A letter regarding the Chicago Southland Development Inc. administration of the Community Development Block Grant/H.O.M.E. funds for single-family rehabs was received. Additional funds were received for the program. Last year Midlothian had largest number of rehabs, 10, thanks to the Midlothian Building Department. A resolution was read endorsing continuation of this program through HUD fiscal year 2007. 

President Murawski entertained a motion to authorize passage and signing of Resolution as read.

Motion made by Trustee Stephens, seconded by Trustee Kreis. All ayes. Motion carried
