President Murawski was copied on correspondence to Treasurer Borne regarding the IMLRMA 2003 Renewal with one coverage change: terrorism exclusion ($10,000,000 limit on terrorism). There will be a 13% increase for coverage in 2003. Based on the minimax program, our total rcnewal amount, making the minimum contribution will be $268,23 1, which President Murawski recommends paying in two installments.

President Murawski entertained a motion to renew the IMLRMA for 2003 based on the minimum contribution of $268,231 in two installments.

Motion made by Trustee Stephens, seconded by Trustee Wilkins.

ROLL CALL: AYES: Trustees Kreis, Wilkins, Papineau, Stephens, Kreis-Verble. NAYS: None. Motion carried.

Clerk McAdams read an Ordinance Authorizing Execution of the IMLRMA MidMax Agreement.

President Murawski entertained a motion to suspend the rules of procedure to adopt an ordinance.

Motion made by Trustee Wilkins, seconded by Trustee Kreis. All ayes. Motion carried.

President Murawski entertained a motion to adopt the ordinance as read.

Motion made by Trustee Kreis-Verble and seconded by Trustee Stephens.
