An ongoing situation regarding their infringement on an emergency easement resulted in a formal notice to be hand delivered to the homeowners.
President Murawski entertained a motion to authorize Superintendent Hansen to sign and to have notice served by the Police Department to the involved residents on 147th Court.
Motion made by Trustee Eberhardt and seconded by Trustee Valacak.
On voice vote all ayes except Trustee Kreis who abstained. Motion carried.
