A memo from Chief Bittin recommending that the Village enter into an intergovernmental agreement at a cost of $20,000 with the government's share of the grant at $60000 was read.

Under omnibus President Murawski entertained a motion to authorize the Village President to enter into the intergovernmental agreement with Cook County and the Sheriff of Cook County for Criminal Apprehension Booking System.

A resolution authorizing participation by the Village in the County Grant for Obtaining Equipment for Criminal Apprehension Booking System and Related Services was read.

President Murawski entertained a motion to adopt the resolution as read. Motion made by Trustee Valacak and seconded by Trustee Stephens.

ROLL CALL: AYES: Trustees Potempa, Kreis, Woike, Wilkins, Valacak, and Stephens. NAYS: None. Motion carried.
