1. Keep your swimming pool clean, running and inaccessible to children.
2. Obtain a pet license for all dogs & cats. Clean up after your pet. Keep pets from roaming lose or barking excessively.
3. When parking, don't block the public sidewalk or a private driveway.
4. Regularly now your lawn. Keep your property clean. Keep tree branches & shrubbery trimmed.
5. Keep the exterior of your house in good repair. Call the Building Dept. to see if any permits are required for repairs, remodeling or construction.
6. Be sure you address number is readable & well lit so emergency personnel can find you if necessary.
7. When selling property be sure to request a final water reading , pay your bill & obtain a no fee transfer stamp.
8. Place trash by the curb no earlier than 6pm the evening before pickup. Put containers away by 8 PM after pickup.
9. Do not park/store commercial or inoperable vehicles or do major repairs on them. Park campers or RVs in side or rear yards on approved surfaces.
10. Before constructing a fence, have property surveyed. A fence permit is required.
11. Be sure to have working smoke & CO detectors.. Replace batteries regularly.
12. Respect your neighbors. Keep your music from disturbing them.
13. Remove seasonable decorations no later than 60 days after the holiday.
